On July 8, a working meeting was held in Bangkok between Ivan Demchenko, Chairman of the Russian-Thai Business Council (RTBC), and Natnaphang Damrongsunthonchai, Deputy Director General of the European Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand.
The visit took place in preparation for the ninth meeting of the Joint Russian-Thai Commission on Bilateral Cooperation. RTBC Chairman Ivan Demchenko presented the Council's activities, discussed the organization's current plans, and preparations for the II Russia-Thailand Investment Forum, which will be held from 29 to 31 of October, 2026 in Bangkok. He also conveyed proposals from Russian business circles aimed at further developing bilateral trade and economic cooperation.
