The Russian-Thai Business Council (RTBC) signed several cooperation agreements during SPIEF-2026.

RTBC signed cooperation agreements with the Russian Direct Investment Fund, the Russian Institute of Standardization, and the AIM GLOBAL FOUNDATION, a UAE-based global international fund specializing in the development and promotion of global investment, technology, and innovation on 4-th of June. The memorandum of cooperation with 1C was signed on 5-th of June.


RTBC and RDIF have entered into a partnership aimed at further strengthening trade and economic cooperation and developing joint investment projects between Russia and Thailand. Particular attention will be paid to creating effective investment support mechanisms and fostering a favorable environment for the implementation of bilateral initiatives. Furthermore, RTBC will assist RDIF in identifying promising investment projects and selecting business partners, experts, and consultants.


RTBC and the Russian Institute of Standardization have agreed to collaborate on priority projects aimed at creating conditions for the development of foreign economic initiatives by Russian businesses. Furthermore, the organizations are focusing on identifying and removing non-tariff barriers to trade between Russia and Thailand. Their shared goals also include promoting Russian exports to the Thai market.


The agreement between the RTBC and the international foundation AIM GLOBAL FOUNDATION aims to expand and develop mutual cooperation projects between Russian and international businesses on global platforms, promote Russian-Thai trade and economic cooperation, and build a business networking infrastructure for the entrepreneurial community. Furthermore, the parties intend to participate in international events, conferences, forums, and business missions.


The RTBC and 1C have signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of information technology. The document aims to foster systematic collaboration in strengthening trade and economic cooperation and implementing joint high-tech projects and initiatives with the Kingdom of Thailand. The signed agreement will allow RTBC and 1C to collaborate on effective solutions for implementing advanced technologies in the Thai market and will assist in organizing business events and educational programs.
