The delegation of the Russian-Thai Business Council took part in the IX Congress of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation
A vote was held at the Congress, following which Sergey Katyrin was re-elected President of the Chamber for a five-year term.
The delegates of the Congress had discussion platforms: in his speech, RTBC Chairman Ivan Demchenko presented the consolidated position of the council and proposed a number of tools to promote Russian exports on international markets.
— Today, it is not the structure that is important, but the ability to act: to help businesses, unite, promote, and support. The CCI should become a platform for lobbying for export interests, for restoring order in certification, and for supporting our companies abroad. Together we need to create a system of priorities and support, and not leave business "one-on-one" with challenges, said Ivan Demchenko, Chairman of the Russian-Thai Business Council.
